By commissioning me you're automatically agreeing to my TOS, which are:-Usually I don't post artworks right after they have been done, I tend to post them to keep my account somewhat vital when I'm busy working on something else, and it also helps me to not be concerned about the scope of engagement my work yields.I would like to have the right to post your commission whenever I feel is right, but it doesn't mean you can't post it, with proper credit you may post it whenever and wherever you'd like.-I am not willing to draw everything. I don't work with suggestive/pornographic themes and don't plan to. Besides that, I have the right to turn down a commission request for any reason.-Payment is done either through Boosty (credit card, PayPal) or invoice via EasyStart (you will not have to register on Easystart, I will send you the link to the invoice for you to pay with a credit card)-Refunds are possible, the refund quote is estimated accordingly to the work that's been done. First you notify me that you're asking for the refund, then you start a dispute on Boosty.-Feeding my artwork to AI is ill-advised-I reserve the right to fill my queue at any given time, but that doesn't mean the previous commissioned work is abandoned, those who commissioned earlier will have their commissions done earlier.
